Hi Everyone. My name is Siobhán Howe and I am your VP for Education and Communication Officer. I am really excited for the year ahead and cannot wait to meet ye all.
I’m the first Education Officer here at LYIT, as Education Officer I will be representing you on committees such as Governing Body and Academic Council. My job is looking after you, the student, with any academic issue you may have through this coming year. Whether it is a problem with lectures, your course, exams, timetables, academic support and any other college based issue you may have.
I will also be running Class Rep Council alongside Paul Lynch ( SU President), I urge you to get involved in the council and elect an amazing class rep or for you to run, that will represent your class to the best of their ability.
